Based on numerous other reviews here you can't rely on this shuttle service. When I spoke with Crystal again after my trip she said she would email me a voucher to use for a future trip in hopes of keeping my business. Interesting several other people called me on January 10th and I received all their voice mails. She states they called me January 10th and left a voice mail. Never happened! I called the office again after my trip and spoke with Crystal. I called the Champion Shuttle office and spoke with Crystal on January 10th and asked for a manager to call me back that day. He didn't even apologize!!!!! I was the last person to board my plane as I almost missed my flight.
Nearly 40 minutes after my scheduled pickup as we are driving down my street Garrett shows up. Garrett didn't show and wouldn't answer my text messages or calls so I had to wake up my wife and daughter so I could get a ride to the airport. At 5:30am I called the driver (Garrett) who said he would be there shortly. I never received a call or text that the driver would be late. On January 10th I was scheduled for a 5:20am pickup (which I booked months in advance). I wasn't happy with their service but decided to give them another try. Thankfully I gave myself plenty of time at the airport prior to my flight. I booked an early morning shuttle with Champion months ago.
